Overview

Softnotif provides WhatsApp-first appointment booking tools for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform — both as a business owner and as a customer booking an appointment — and how we use, share, and protect that data.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and password hash for business owners who sign up for Softnotif.
  • Business profile: business name, slug, services, working hours, cancellation policy, and WhatsApp number.
  • Booking data: customer first name, country code, and WhatsApp number, plus the time and service of each appointment.
  • Technical data: aggregated, anonymous traffic information such as page views, country, and device type, used to improve the product.

How we use your data

We use the data above to operate your booking page, send appointment confirmations and reminders over WhatsApp, secure your account, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Sharing and processors

Booking data is shared only with the business the customer is booking with. We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and messaging) that process data on our behalf under industry-standard data protection agreements.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Customers can cancel a booking from the cancellation link in their WhatsApp message. To request a full export or deletion of your data, email hello@softnotif.app.
