Acceptance of terms
By creating a Softnotif account or using the booking pages we host on your behalf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are intended for businesses 18 years or older.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Softnotif to send spam, harass customers, host illegal services, attempt to disrupt the platform, or violate the WhatsApp Business policies. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Bookings and customers
You are responsible for the services you list, the prices and policies you set, and for honoring confirmed bookings. Softnotif facilitates scheduling and reminders but is not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Softnotif available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may release updates, change features, or schedule maintenance windows at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softnotif is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You can close your account from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
